Shipping Policy

At Verus Furniture, every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S. on all orders.

Delivery
All furniture is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and shipped via trusted carriers. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, and signature is required upon delivery.

White Glove Delivery (optional)
For an additional fee, white glove delivery is available in select areas within Northeast Ohio. This includes in-home delivery and setup. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or repair.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
