Return Policy

At Verus Furniture, every piece is handcrafted with care and built to last. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

For all other returns, we accept items in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Returns will be evaluated upon receipt, and refunded at the sole discretion of Verus Furniture LLC upon verification that the item is in original, unused condition.

Custom orders and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
